Interest Profile

The Interest Profile is a sensitive hiring instrument designed to measure a person's success potential in a given job situation. Our clients use this hiring tool as part of their selection process in determining the right person for the right job.

Similar to the Interest Analysis, the Interest Profile relies upon the four-factor theory of behavior. The Interest Profile uses this theory to identify behavioral needs in four different categories. Those categories are the person's level of aggressiveness, sociability, stability, and perfection.

Our ECS fully trained analytical staff is able to determine with a high degree of accuracy whether or not an individual will attain consistent job comfort by analyzing the four factors of behavior. The resultant Behavioral Profile is always evaluated against a company job description supplied by the client.
