Interest Analysis

The Interest Analysis is the hiring instrument used in conjunction with the Success By Selection Training System. It is a highly sensitive instrument designed to measure an individual's success potential in a job situation.

The Interest Analysis measures the three controlling factors which are fundamental to job success. These factors are behavioral pattern, behavioral energy, and drive and ambition. The effectiveness of the Interest Analysis is based upon the fact that job success and satisfaction are directly related to what we call "comfort level", or compatibility of an individual to the job. Performance is determined by whether or not an individual will use his or her skills, capacities, and aptitudes to the best advantage in a given job situation.

This hiring tool is always evaluated against a job description developed by the client manager. Our clients use the Interest Analysis as part of their Selection System in determining the right job for the right individual. Information developed in the Interest Analysis and resultant Behavioral Evaluation enables a manager/owner to be more effective in understanding their people and helping them reach their full potential on the job.
