Company History

Executive Consulting Services, Inc. was founded in 1965 by James O. Cornetet and Paul Reinke. The company is now owned and operated by Christopher E. Cornetet. He has been with the organization since 1983 and is backed by a staff of trained behavioral analysts and qualified support people. ECS serves clients in all industries throughout the United States and Canada.

Since its inception, Executive Consulting Services, Inc. has concentrated its efforts on developing pragmatic systems, programs and services to assist client companies to build more productive organizations. The research and field testing encompasses over hundreds of companies ranging in size from five employees to thousands. ECS is nationally recognized as an expert in the areas of personnel assessment, management training and organizational development.
