Management Consulting

The client retains the ECS Management Consultant to identify and solve organizational problems. The consultant conducts the exploratory interview, analyzes the client's organization, develops the organizational action plan, trains the management team, installs the management systems, and provides continuing service as needed.

Trained behavioral analysts assist the ECS Management Consultant by performing valuable support for the Interest Analysis/Behavioral Evaluation.

The consultant is an objective source of information for the client. We are not internal change agents within the client organization. Instead, we are outside change agents who provide pragmatic advice, guidance, and direction to the client.
